Building with integrity in the Sierra foothills since 1989
Apex Construction Prime is a family-owned and operated general contracting company based in the Oakhurst area. We have been serving homeowners throughout Oakhurst, Mariposa, and the surrounding communities for more than three decades.
What began as a commitment to solid craftsmanship and honest dealing has grown into a trusted local builder known for custom homes, thoughtful remodels, and outdoor living spaces that respect both the client’s vision and the land.
We remain hands-on. The same values that guided us in the early years—quality work, clear communication, and treating every home as if it were our own—still guide every project today.
We take pride in the details—tight joints, clean lines, durable finishes, and construction that performs for decades in this climate.
You will always know where the project stands. We keep clients informed, answer questions promptly, and address issues before they become problems.
We build for the foothills—sites with slope, rock, views, and weather that demand thoughtful design and careful execution.
Bonded and insured. We stand behind our work and treat every project, large or small, with the same level of care and professionalism.
We are proud to call the Sierra foothills home. Our work is concentrated in Oakhurst, Mariposa, and nearby communities where we understand the local building environment, the climate, and the lifestyle our clients value.
Whether you are building a new home, updating an existing one, or adding outdoor living space, we bring local knowledge and decades of experience to the table. Free estimates are always available—just reach out and tell us about your project.
